Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all information that 888starz, (hereinafter referred to as “888starz”) located at the domain name 888starz .world (as well as its sub-domains), may obtain about the User while using 888starz.world (as well as its sub-domains), its programs and its products.

1 Definition of Terms

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.5. ” 888starzWebsite” means a set of interconnected web pages located on the Internet at the unique address (URL): 888starz.world and its sub-domains.

1.1.6. “Sub-domains” are pages or sets of pages located on third level domains belonging to the 888starz website, as well as other temporary pages with the contact information of the Administration at the bottom of the page.

1.1.5. ” 888starz User” (hereinafter referred to as “User”) means a person who has access to 888starz via the Internet and uses the information, materials and products of 888starz.

1.1.7. “Cookies” – a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User’s computer, which a web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the respective website.

1.1.8. “IP Address” means the unique network address of the node on the computer network through which the User accesses 888starz.

2 General Provisions

2.1 User’s use of 888starz means that User agrees to this Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions of processing User’s personal data.

2.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the 888starz website.

5.5 The Administration together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

6.1 The User has the right:

6.1.1. Make a free decision to provide his/her personal data necessary for the use of the 888starz website and consent to their processing.

6.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.

6.1.3 The User has the right to receive information from the Administration regarding the processing of his/her personal data, unless such right is restricted in accordance with federal laws. The User has the right to demand from the Administration to clarify his personal data, block or destroy them if the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take measures provided by law to protect their rights. For this purpose, it is sufficient to notify the Administration at the specified E-mail address.

6.2 The Administration is obliged to:

6.2.1 Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2 Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not to disclose without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by other possible means the transferred personal data of the User, except for clauses. 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.

6.2.4 Block the personal data related to the respective User from the moment of application or request of the User or his/her legal representative or authorized body for protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.

Liability of the parties

7.1 The Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unauthorized use of personal data, in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, except as provided for in clauses. 5.2. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information Administration shall not be liable if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Administration of the Resource.

7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.

7.3 The User is fully responsible for compliance with the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation, including, but not limited to, laws on advertising, copyright and related rights protection, protection of trademarks and service marks, including full responsibility for the content and form of materials.

7.4 User acknowledges that any information (including, but not limited to: data files, text, etc.) to which User may have access as part of the 888starz website is the responsibility of the person providing such information.

7.5 The User agrees that the information provided to him/her as part of the 888starz website may be intellectual property, the rights to which are reserved and owned by other Users, partners or advertisers who post such information on the 888starz website.

The User may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on such Content (in whole or in part) unless such actions have been expressly authorized in writing by the owners of such Content in accordance with the terms of a separate agreement.

7.6 Textual materials (articles, publications freely available on 888starz) may be distributed provided that a link to 888starz is provided.

7.7 The Administration shall not be liable to the User for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of the deletion, failure or inability to store any Content and other communication data contained on or transmitted through the 888starz website.

7.8 Administration shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from: the use or inability to use the site or individual services; unauthorized access to User’s communications; statements or conduct of any third party on the site.

7.9 The Administration is not responsible for any information posted by the User on the 888starz website, including but not limited to: copyrighted information, without the express consent of the copyright owner.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Before filing a claim with the court for disputes arising out of the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal or an offer in electronic form for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2 The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, in writing or electronically notify the claimant of the results of the claim.

8.3 In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to the Arbitration Court of the city .

8.4 The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Administration.

9. Additional terms and conditions

9.1 Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the 888starz website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
